Returns & Refunds policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Vintage Treasure For You.

As our jewellery is vintage and pre-owned, each piece is unique and may show signs of age, previous wear or natural patina. We make every effort to describe and photograph each item accurately, including any noticeable imperfections.

Change of Mind

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at vintagesilver4u@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us, the item must be returned within a further 14 days.

Return Conditions

Returned jewellery must be:

• in the same condition in which it was received

• unworn and undamaged

• securely packaged for return

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or has been incorrectly described.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and checked, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Where a statutory right of cancellation applies, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional delivery cost chosen above the standard delivery option is not refundable.

Vintage and Pre-Owned Jewellery

Please carefully review all photographs, measurements, sizing and descriptions before purchasing.

Age-related wear, patina, surface marks or other characteristics that are clearly shown or described in the listing form part of the condition of a vintage or pre-owned item and are not considered undisclosed defects.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially different from its description, please contact us at vintagesilver4u@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.
